Exhibition
An exhibition will be held in conjunction with conference. This will provide an opportunity for companies, consulting organizations, educational institutions and manufacturers of laboratory, measuring and test instruments to display their scientific products and environmental services, in urope, Middle East, GCC Countries, North and East Africa, Central and Western Asia and U.S.A.

Booking and Cost

1. A brief resume of each exhibitor will be included in the official Exhibition Guide which will be circulated to all invited governmental official, and VIPs visitors and participating delegates at the opening ceremony.

2. Wide publicity will be given in the Gulf region, Middle East, Europe, and world wide about the exhibition to attract consultants and interested people.

3. Contractors, governmental officials and interested individuals will be requested to visit the exhibition during the conference period.

4. Each exhibitor is entitled to one full conference package and one registration attendance free of cost. it includes refreshments, sponsored lunches, the conference banquets, and presentation paper in the conference dinner.

5. All exhibitors participating in the conference will be honored during the conference dinner.

6. All the necessary arrangements will be made for all exhibitors and participants from outside the state of Saudi-Arabia whether to obtaining the Visa-entry , travel arrangements, accommodation, and custom clearance.
